Erebus
Description
The most effective use of "Erebus" in the repair of tires of large diameter wheeled tractors of the K-700 type and tires for quarry equipment, tube and tubeless tires of trucks. The design of the vulcanizer allows you to vulcanize tires of trucks and agricultural machinery with a side height of up to 400 mm, a tire width of up to 800 mm, without limitation on the outer diameter of the tire.
Four wheels facilitate easy approach of the vulcanizer to the repaired area. Design Cabinet staples vulcanizer "Erebus" is able to work both in vertical and horizontal position, and the pneumatic Elevator provide a clear set of clamps to the repair area of the tyre without excessive physical effort on the part of the repair, consequently reducing the time of installation of the tire in a vulcanizer and the duration of the working cycle.
The movement of the heating elements is carried out with the rod, the position of which is fixed locking pin, and a final move – by means of a pneumatic cylinder that creates maximum pressure on the repaired area is more than 900 kg. Both elements are provided with electrical and pneumatic connectors, which facilitate maintenance of the vulcanizer and quick installation of heating elements when installed on vulcanizer tires of large diameter. The pre-liner heating elements ensure the complete safety of operating the vulcanizer operator.
Control of temporal parameters of vulcanization provides an electronic timer control unit, the working cycle is performed without operator intervention. New improved control panel with four-digit indicator considerably facilitates the operator's work with the vulcanizer.
The kit vulcanizer includes removable rods that can be useful, depending on the kind of repair. Often used in the repair tools and materials are conveniently stored in the built-in tool Cabinet. Mobile vulcanizer with built-in wardrobe is very easy to use and can replace a whole workshop!
