Description
Stand for straightening disks «Favorit» is intended for straightening of cast and forged alloy wheels with a diameter from 10 to 22 inches inclusive (up to 24-inches - using mobile bracket). The shaft is made of tool steel 50S with high wear resistance and durability.
The repair disk is fixed on the faceplate, a group of grooves which allows you to lock any drive of the size specified above. Hydraulic drive of the stand «Favorite» allows you to achieve maximum effort in the area of dressing up to 3700 kg, which in most cases allows you to completely restore the geometry of the repaired drive. Rimouski comes with interchangeable tips and working stocks. Storage of auxiliary tools in the design of the stand provides a tool kit. Management of the working cylinder is carried out using a hydraulic distributor with built-in reduction valve and pressure regulator. The hydraulic cylinder is actuated by oil pressure generated by oil pump. The oil pump disposed within the housing of the stand, is the basis of the hydraulic drive of the «Favourite". The rotation of the pump carries a motor connected to the pump via a coupling. On the back of the clamp is a pointer runout, which is a metal rod with a sharp base. Pointer beats is to clearly define the place of repair, especially in the final stage.
