Description
Studding semi-automatic «Klest-M» is intended for studding tires outer diameter of 8 mm in the prepared holes in car tires size to 19 inches, inclusive. Application of the rod head allows you to use multi flange spikes.
The correct orientation of studs and feeding them to a conduit for supply of studs is carried out using supplying spikes device. When filling the conduit for supply of studs automatically disable the separator, which increases the resource of supplying spikes device and reduces noise during operation. Adjustable design desktop provides the correct location studing tires of different sizes. The machine is equipped with compressed air to increase the lifetime of nodes studding the head, lamp of illumination of the working area to ensure high productivity of the operator. Improved design of pneumatic system reduced the air flow up to 350 l/h. Automatic change the pace of the machine is possible with electronic control of the pace studing. The increase of the rate studing at the expense of reducing the time delay between moves studding the heads. The controller is designed to display graphically the current speed of studding the head, allowing you to choose the pace studing depending on the specific skills of the operator. The steering of the work cycle is performed by using a foot pedal on a flexible cord. The case has a built-in wardrobe for storage spikes, and other necessary tools.
