Description

The stand «Favorite T» from the lathe module is designed for straightening of cast and forged wheels with a diameter from 10 to 24 inches inclusive (up to 24 inch with mobile bracket). The shaft is made of tool steel 50S with high wear resistance and durability.

The repair disk is fixed on the faceplate, a group of grooves which allows you to lock any drive of the size specified above. Hydraulic drive of the stand «Favorite T» allows for maximum effort in the area of dressing up to 5000 kg, which in most cases allows you to completely restore the geometry of the repaired drive. «Favorite T» is equipped with interchangeable nozzles Rimouski and working stocks designed to repair damage of various types. Management of the working cylinder is carried out using a hydraulic distributor with built-in reduction valve and pressure regulator.

"Favorit-T» has two working areas:
- editing in this area is the main work to repair the damage of the disc.
-area finish machining - lathe module is designed to address small defects of the disk, formed in the process of major renovations.
From the zone of the straightening disks have a short activation of the actuator, intended to diagnose repair disk.
On the reverse side of clamp is a pointer runout, which is a metal rod with a sharp base. Pointer beats is used to determine the repair site, particularly in the final stages. Storage of auxiliary tools in the design of the stand is provided having an ergonomic tool cabinets. Structural reliability, simplicity and ease of use of the stand «Favorite T» allow the model to cope with different types of damage.
