Description

The scope of the «Pioneer» auto repair and motochaser, small side damage chamber and tubeless tires in motor vehicles and cars up to a diameter of 14 inches, inclusive. The vulcanizer is allowed use of fixtures for welding of chamber valves.

Electric vulcanizer «pioneer» is provided with a bracket, which is essential for the repair of lateral damage the tires. The vulcanizer is equipped with a timer that provides independent time control of the curing process. «Pioneer» has two heating elements round shape. The connection of the heating elements to the vulcanizer is performed with the help of connectors. This allows you to use instead of the lower heating part of the apparatus for welding the chamber valves of cars. The use of two heating elements «Pioneer» reduces the cure time due to more rapid heating of the rubber to the required temperature vulcanization that must be considered when setting the time parameters. Each heating element of a vulcanizer installed fuses, which provide protection, both the elements and vulcanized in the area of the fixation of raw rubber from local overheating. Mount vulcanizer is possible both on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
