Description
Vulcanizer «Maxi-TRM» is designed to repair tyre of cars, vans and small trucks with a diameter up to 22 inches, inclusive, and local damage to cameras to cars and trucks.
Design vulcanizer pneumatically actuated «Maxi» includes two heating elements with variable geometry of the working surface. The pressure in the repair area is by means of pneumatic cylinders. Possibility of installation of the expansion module allows you to set the curing temperature to within 1°C. The Greatest ease in working with the vulcanizer «Maxi» is achieved by its placement on a pedestal, but separately supplied brackets allow for the location of the vulcanizer on a vertical surface. With the aim of extending the service life of heating elements and pneumatic system vulcanizer, used system for air preparation. Duty cycle is the control unit without operator intervention. New improved control panel with four-digit indicator significantly facilitates the work of the operator of the vulcanizer.
